- THIS REGISTRY IS FOR WASHINGTON STATE E-MAIL ADDRESS
HOLDERS ONLY. This registry offers no protection under
Washington's law to e-mail address holders in other states. ANYONE
LISTING AN E-MAIL ON THIS REGISTRY IS DECLARING UNDER PENALTY OF
PERJURY THAT THE E-MAIL ADDRESS LISTED IS OWNED BY A WASHINGTON
RESIDENT.
- Only your e-mail address and the date registered will be
recorded.
- E-mail addresses registered on this system can only be
verified one at a time. The e-mail addresses on this
registry will not be sold or made available as a database
to any individual or business other than through court
order or administrative subpoena.
- Washington e-mail holders should notify their Internet Service
Provider (ISP) that they want to be identified as a Washington
state e-mail address holder. In addition Washington e-mail address
holders could register with any number of public directory search
engines in order to provide a way to show their email address is
held by a Washington resident.
